Well, I haven't updated this page in at least 2 years....so here goes. On the go at the moment are :- A sandstone wall plaque of two leaping salmon. Two gravestones, one with a relief carving of a ewe and lamb. Two standing stones. One depicts imaging of coal mining, the pithead and rail network plus an image of a worker at the coalface. I haven't actualy started carving this.....but it's not far away. The second is still at the design stage but is likely to feature a dolphin and boy with some text. House plaques as ever and two in gaelic......ooooo the spelling ! There is also an order for stone troughs, water features and more sculpture for www.thegardenyard.com
New range of gifts being started on our new lathe ( a few teething problems ! Yes more than a few the allterations continue, proudly made in USA but made to work properly in the UK !). I just need time to stand at the lathe to make things. There is some other bits and peices in the pipeline that I should remeber, but thats enought to be getting on with I suspect.
Of course the building warrant runs out this December so I have to get the house renovations finshed too.Would anyone like to place a bet as to how long it is before I update this page again? !
